Mothers’ Day Bash @ Citizen Kofi

Ghana’s Plush entertainment centre, Citizen Kofi, is scheduled to offer mothers and their families a special treat this weekend with a sizable party at its plush Hollywood Lounge on Sunday, May 9.

This event forms part of this year’s Mothers Day celebrations, to promote and recognise mothers’ love, care and hard work in bringing up their children as well as supporting the home over the years.
“Mothers are the backbone of every family and every household, hence on a day like this, Citizen Kofi wants to recognise them,” Reks Brobbey, Citizen Kofi’s event manager, told BEATWAVES in an interaction.
Under the theme ‘Promoting Mothers & Family Day’, the bash, which is open for all, is not only to celebrate the pride of motherhood but the entire family. It will start from 1pm till 6pm in the evening. The bash will witness a live band performance from Della Hayes and her All Female Band, who signify the strength of motherhood. There will also be special guest performances from top music icons, Paulina Oduro….
